The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the China-U.S. Green Fund convened the sixth Track II Dialogue on the Digital Economy from December 9 to 10, 2023 in Suzhou, China. After two days of discussions on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to semiconductor development, both sides agreed that there are still windows for collaboration despite the competitive environment in the digital economy. What are the unique challenges hindering cooperation in the digital realm, and how do Track II Dialogues help facilitate strategic cooperation between the United States and China?

In an interview held August 2, 2024, Reva Goujon, director at Rhodium Group, discusses the most recent digital economy consensus agreement with NCUSCR Director Admiral Dennis Blair, leader of the American delegation for the dialogue.
